Q: How much are your treats?
A: Please refer to the Pricing tab.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: Click on the Custom Order Request tab to fill out what you are looking to order. Please be specific in the details portion so I can provide a proper quote. Note any alerts in reference to custom ordering prior to submitting, which will be list above the order form if there are any announcements. An invoice will be sent with your quote.
Q: How far in advance do I need to place an order?
A: To ensure availability, the earlier you book and secure your order the better. Any order that is placed within 2 weeks of the pick up date requested, a 20% rush fee will be added to the quote(If there is availability for the date requested).
Q: When is payment due?
A: Payment is due within 48 hours of an invoice being sent. Cookie orders are not booked until they are paid in full or 50% of the balance is paid.
Q: Do you ship?
A: I do not currently ship any of my products.
Q: Do you deliver?
A: I do not currently offer delivery.
Q: Do you offer allergy friendly treats?
A: At this time, I do not.
Q: Can I freeze your cookies?
A: Yes! My cookies freeze very well! Often times people will freeze the cookies if I am unavailable for the exact date they'd like. To freeze the cookies you will very carefully place them in a tub or ziploc (if using a ziploc I recommend putting a cookie sheet under it for stability). Rather than stacking them on top of one another, try stacking them on their sides. If your cookies are packaged in a box you can simply leave them in there and put the box in the freezer. You will then take them out of the freezer the night before you'll be needing them. DO NOT open the container or ziploc until the cookies are completely thawed. This is the most important step, opening the container may cause condensation and will ruin the cookies.
